On the 22 April 2020, the notice to attend the Extraordinary General Meeting of Zutec Holding AB (publ) was published. Since the notice was published, a proposal has been put forward to elect an additional Board member; Per Åkerman.

Per Åkerman attained a M.Sc in Civil Engineering from the faculty of Technical Engineering at Lunds University in 1991. He has substantial experience in the construction and property sectors from having held leading positions at Skanska both in Sweden and internationally such as Executive Vice President in Sweden and Poland as well as CEO of Skanska Industrial Solutions AB. Current board assignments include publicly listed Serneke Group AB (board member and deputy chairman). The Board believes that Mr Åkerman’s meaningful construction and commercial experience can assist the company with continued development which is a key objective in the coming years.
