Dublin, Ireland, 30 November 2020 –Zutec Holding AB (publ) (“Zutec”) today announced that it has signed a SEK2.6M agreement with ITX 360 (PVT) LTD (“ITX”) for the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) Phase II. The agreement is initially for a period of 4 years and consists of almost 75% software revenues for the provision of whole Zutec integrated cloud-based software platform.

The contact includes that Quintain Ireland intends to use Zutec’s platform on all of its construction projects.

Bulletin from Extraordinary General Meeting in Zutec Holding AB (publ)

Today, an Extraordinary General Meeting in Zutec Holding AB (publ) (the “Company”) was held at Eversheds Sutherland’s offices at Strandvägen 1 in Stockholm.

The meeting resolved to dismiss the Company’s current auditor and to elect BDO Sweden AB as new auditor until the end of the next annual general meeting. BDO has announced that the authorized accountant Johan Pharmanson will be the auditor-in-charge.

Remuneration to the Company’s auditor was resolved to be paid by current account approved by the board of directors.
