BuildData signs SEK4.8m enterprise agreement with Homeground

Stockholm 13 December 2021 – BuildData Group AB (“BuildData”), today announced that its subsidiary Zutec has signed an enterprise agreement with Homeground Management Ltd “(Homeground”). The 3-year enterprise agreement is valued at SEK4.8m. HomeGround manages a residential property portfolio of more than 170,000 properties across England and Wales and acts as asset manager for major UK pension and life funds that have committed to investing in residential property.

“The Building Safety Bill (the “Bill”) has been described by the U.K. government as the biggest change to building safety regulations in a generation. Once it becomes law, the Bill aims to identify, prevent, manage and regulate higher-risk buildings and building safety risks. The Bill has resulted in that not only stakeholders in the building phase but also asset owners and asset managers in the operational phase will have to be regulatory compliant with amongst other things the fire safety aspects of the bill. Our quality management solution includes field inspections and reporting which are required to be regulatory compliant. Our software is also ISO 19650 compliant, which makes our platform well suited to cater to these kinds of requirements. Homeground is a leading player in the U.K. residential market and this is a further testament to our capability of providing cutting edge software solutions to the changing needs of market leaders.”
