Today, an Extra General Meeting in Zutec Holding AB (publ) (the “Company”) was held at Eversheds Sutherland’s offices at Strandvägen 1 in Stockholm, Sweden.

• The meeting resolved that the number of directors of the Company is to be three.
• Director Mikael Näsström was re-elected and Stefan Charette and Brian Mcguire were elected as a new directors of the board. The resolution entails that Daniel Nyhrén’s position as director and chairman of the board ends and that the positions of Conor O’Brien, Gerard Jones and Hans Schedin as directors of the Company ends.
