Bulletin from Extraordinary General Meeting in Zutec Holding AB (publ)

Today, an Extraordinary General Meeting in Zutec Holding AB (publ) (the “Company”) was held at Eversheds Sutherland’s offices at Strandvägen 1 in Stockholm.

The meeting resolved to dismiss the Company’s current auditor and to elect BDO Sweden AB as new auditor until the end of the next annual general meeting. BDO has announced that the authorized accountant Johan Pharmanson will be the auditor-in-charge.

Remuneration to the Company’s auditor was resolved to be paid by current account approved by the board of directors.
