Zutec Holdings AB (the Company) announces the resignation of Mr. Brian McGuire as Chairman and a director of the Company following his recent retirement. Mr. McGuire was one of the founding members of the company in 1999 and held the position of managing director for 17 years.

Mr Daniel Nyhren will assume the duties of Chairman until the AGM in October 2019.
