Zutec announces new sales organization and key sales leadership hires

Zutec Holding AB (publ) (“Zutec”) today announced a new sales organization as well as recent sales hires for its global sales organization. Zutec has four core home markets (U.K., Ireland, Australia and Middle East) and intends to strengthen its position in each of these markets

In order to be fully focused on growth and be able to capture a higher market share in each of our core home markets, Zutec has reorganized its sales organization to be able to win both new clients and projects as well as capture a higher market share with existing clients. To this effect, the sales organization has been structured into the following key functions:

  • Lead generation: responsible for all aspects of generating new prospects for new clients and projects
  • New sales: accountable for qualifying leads, doing demos, sending proposals, contract closing for new clients and projects
  • Key Accounts: will involve the development of Key Accounts that have meaningful revenue potential with whom we will seek to have Enterprise and Framework Agreements i.e. multi-year contracts for unlimited projects
  • Customer success: responsible for all aspects of customer satisfaction and the renewal process of existing contracts as well as upselling of active projects

 To lead this effort, Zutec has hired Richard Brotherton as Chief Revenue Office (CRO) reporting to the CEO. Richard is a seasoned sales leader in the construction software sector with more than 20 years of experience from some of the market leaders within construction software including Aconex/Oracle and Allplan/Nemetscheck Group. In addition, Zutec has hired Nathan Garrad from Trimble/Viewpoint to cover the U.K. market and Brian Simons from A2K and Aconex/Oracle for the Australian market.
